Sawtooth United F.C. sets tryout dates

The Sawtooth United F.C. has announced its tryout dates for competitive teams. All tryouts will be held from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Wood River Middle School fields in Hailey.

All players and parents must check in and fill out all paperwork at tryouts. You'll need a state certified birth certificate if you're a new player, and a small recent photograph. Also, bring a ball, water and full soccer gear to the tryouts.

Be reminded that not all age groups will have a team. It will depend on player turnout:

U-11, U-12, U-13 and U-14 girls: Monday, June 27 and Monday, July 11.

U-11, U-12, U-13 and U-14 boys: Tuesday, June 28 and Tuesday, July 12.

U-15, U-16, U-17 and U-18 boys/girls: Wednesday, June 29 and Wednesday, July 13.

You must fall within the following birthdate guidelines:

U-12s, Aug. 1, 1993 to July 31, 1994; U-13s, Aug. 1, 1992 to July 31, 1993; U-14s, Aug. 1, 1991 to July 31, 1992; U-15s, Aug. 1, 1990 to July 31, 1991;

U-16s, Aug. 1, 1989 to July 31, 1990; U-17s, Aug. 1, 1988 to July 31, 1989; and U-18s, Aug. 1, 1987 to July 31, 1988.
