Panthers chalk up sixth straight win

Go for seven at Richfield tonight

The Carey boys' basketball team bagged its sixth consecutive victory with a businesslike 47-32 victory at Bliss Tuesday.

The Panthers (7-3) led at every break and allowed the Bears only one double-digit quarter.

Tadd Green tallied 17 points. Brad Hunt had 15. James Carlson scored 5, Tyler Cook 4, Luke Harmon 4, Alan Peck 2.

Game conditions should get considerably tougher on Friday, when the Panthers travel to Richfield (7-2). Both teams are currently 3-0 in the Northside Conference standings. Carey will be at Oakley on Saturday.
