Ketchum City Council: Special meeting Thursday, Dec. 16, at noon in Ketchum City Hall, to vote on issuing bonds to fund an upgrade of the city's wastewater treatment plant. Regular meeting Monday, Dec. 20, at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall.
