Young swim teamers on the Wood River and Elkhorn Dolphin squads competed
in the Sagebrush League swimming finals July 29 at Jackpot, Nev.
Wood River piled up 15 individual first places topped by six winners in
the eight-and-under age class. Elkhorn had 17 individual winners paced by eight victories
in the 9-10 age class.
First-place winners for Wood River were Davis Hague, Jimmy Hague, Cooper
McCroskey, Trista Ballou, Collin Collins, Chance McCroskey, Katie Bryson, Isabelle Taylor
and Ray Bryson.
First-place winners for Elkhorn were Ashley Boand, Taylor Sundali, Anja
Sundali, April Friedly, Chelsea Vanderpool, Chelsea Cloud and Amy Alexander.
