• Notice of a special meeting of the Blaine County Planning and Zoning Commission on Nov. 18, 1999 at 6:30 p.m. in the old County Courthouse in Hailey. This will be a public hearing on and consideration of an application by the City of Carey proposing to establish a City of Carey/Blaine County Area of City Impact Agreement.
