• Notice of Public Hearing by the Sun Valley City Council on proposed amendments to Chapter 12, Administration and Enforcement, in Title 9, the Planning and Zoning Ordinance of the Sun Valley Municipal code, for the purpose of allowing development agreements to be used as a condition of rezoning or annexation, and other revisions consistent with Idaho code.
