Idaho Open Golf Tournament today through Friday, Sept. 24, sponsored by Hewlett-Packard Co. at Elkhorn Resort Golf Course. Tee times 9:30 a.m. In the field are 85 pros and amateurs.

Bingo each Wednesday from 11 a.m. to noon, and then again at 12:30 p.m. at Blaine County Senior Citizens Center, Hailey. Cards are 50 cents, with half the proceeds to the winner and half to the center.

Outdoor Environemtnal School for the WRMS sixth grade Gold Team begins the first of its three days in the outdoors at Cathedral Pines.

Outdoor Idaho "Guiding Idaho." Idaho’s outfitters are now rock climbers, historians, fly fishers and whitewater rafters as well as hunters. This episode looks at their new directions and some conflicts that are emerging. To be televised from 8-8:30 p.m. on public television local channel 10.

Idaho Open Golf Tournament final 18-hole round of the 54-hole tournament at Elkhorn Resort Golf Course. Tee times 9:30 a.m. for the remaining 60 players. Final foursomes coming to #18 about 5 p.m. First prize is about $6,000.

No School today at The Community School elementary school because of goal-setting conferences.
